1 Scope & Nature of the Service
SalmanBot ("the Service") is an AI sales-assistant software service provided by Salman for Marketing & E-Commerce ("we", "us", "the Provider"), which we configure and operate for your business on your connected messaging channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and/or Instagram). Because SalmanBot is a configured, hosted software subscription — not a physical product that can be returned — this document governs refunds and cancellation of the subscription, not product returns. By subscribing, you agree to this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
2 Definitions
- Add-on / Customization Fees — optional, separately-quoted fees for special add-ons or customizations you request beyond the standard setup included in your subscription (there is no mandatory setup fee).
- Monthly Subscription — the recurring fee that keeps your instance running (including AI usage and hosting on our servers).
- Billing Cycle — the paid month for which your subscription is active.
- Activation / Go-Live — the date your SalmanBot instance begins operating on your channels.
3 Add-on / Customization Fees — Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
Your subscription includes standard provisioning and setup at no additional mandatory setup fee. Optional add-ons or special customizations you request are quoted and agreed separately; once work on an agreed add-on/customization has begun, its fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable, as it reflects labor already delivered.
The only exception: if we are unable to deliver the agreed add-on/customization at all due to our own fault and cannot resolve it, we will refund its fee in full.
4 Monthly Subscription — Billing & Auto-Renewal
The Monthly Subscription is billed in advance for each Billing Cycle and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Each active month carries a real operating cost on our side (AI usage and dedicated server capacity for your instance).
5 How to Cancel & When It Takes Effect
You may cancel at any time — no long-term contract and no lock-in. To cancel, send a request from your registered contact via WhatsApp +972 59 422 1933 or email info@sllmall.com at least 3 days before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current cycle. Your SalmanBot instance stays active until the end of the Billing Cycle you have already paid for, after which it is deactivated.
6 No Partial-Month / Pro-Rata Refunds
Monthly Subscription fees are not pro-rated or refunded for unused time within a Billing Cycle that has already started. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until that paid cycle ends, and you are not charged again.
7 Satisfaction / Goodwill Window
Before you subscribe, we provide a live demo of SalmanBot so you can confirm it fits your business — this is our primary way of ensuring you are happy before paying.
In addition, as a goodwill measure: if you are not satisfied and you tell us within 7 days of your Activation/Go-Live, and the Service was essentially unused during that time, we will refund your first Monthly Subscription payment. Any add-on/customization fees for work already performed remain non-refundable, and this window applies to the first month only.
8 Non-Payment → Suspension → Termination & Reactivation
If a Monthly Subscription payment is not received by its due date, we will notify you and allow a grace period of 5 days. If payment is still not made, we may suspend your SalmanBot instance (it stops replying to your customers). Your configuration and data are retained for 30 days after suspension; if the account remains unpaid after that, it may be permanently deleted and the instance de-provisioned. To reactivate after suspension, settle any outstanding balance; if the instance was already de-provisioned, reactivation is treated as a new provisioning and may be quoted as a paid service.
9 Price Changes
We may change our prices (Monthly Subscription or optional add-on rates). For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice by WhatsApp or email before a new price applies, and the new price only takes effect from your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect under Section 5.
10 Exceptional Circumstances (Provider Fault)
If we permanently discontinue SalmanBot, or are unable to deliver the Service due to our own fault and cannot restore it within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of your Monthly Subscription — and any prepaid add-on fees for work not yet delivered as well. This is our maximum liability for such cases.
We are not responsible for outages outside our reasonable control (e.g., changes or restrictions on Meta's platforms — WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram — or our messaging infrastructure provider, third-party AI provider outages, or your own account/channel being blocked by a platform for your policy violations), though we will make reasonable efforts to help restore service. The Service is also under continuous development: features designated Beta/experimental are provided for evaluation and do not by themselves create a refund right while your plan's core services remain functional.
11 Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error or are unhappy, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a bank chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your instance while we review, and we reserve the right to respond to the dispute with evidence of the service delivered and this policy.
12 How to Request Cancellation or a Refund + Timeframes
Send cancellation or refund requests from your registered contact to WhatsApp +972 59 422 1933 or email info@sllmall.com. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and give a decision on eligible refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or by bank transfer where that is not possible) within 14 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
13 Governing Terms & Jurisdiction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. It is governed by the laws of the State of Palestine, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Ramallah / Al-Bireh. In case of any conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
